INGREDIENTS
½ cup ground oats (You can run whole oats through a coffee grinder.)
½ cup brown sugar
Coconut oil
10 drops chamomile, rose, or geranium essential oil
Mix the oats with the brown sugar in a small bowl, stirring in a counterclockwise direction to invite the soothing energy of the moon. Melt the coconut oil if necessary, then stir in just enough so that your scrub holds together. Add your essential oil, stirring well. Place your bowl in a quiet corner of your home, where it wonât be disturbed. Nestle a rose quartz crystal near it, and let it rest there overnight. Store the mixture in a jar for use.
